The (Yoga) Mandiram™ (YM) is owned and operated by Dennis Dean, a educator with over 30 years pedagogical experience in the field of spirituality, yoga, health and wellness. The Yoga Mandiram is Dennis Dean’s primary yoga shala (studio) located in the heart of Cardiff by the Sea California. The Yoga Mandiram is the fourth Yoga Shala (studio) that Dennis has built and the third that he has owned.
The Yoga Mandiram LLC, which was established in 2001, is one of the most unique Yoga Shalas on the west coast today. It’s popularity is attributed to a variety of factors. One of which is Dennis Dean’s ability to convey the teachings on a variety of levels. He has also developed several popular programs which supports his teachings.

The Mandiram practice which is a synthesis of meditation, yoga rope wall vinyasa, myofascial release work, yoga asana vinyasa and restorative posturing, all used to enhance the student’s ability to move deeper into their meditation practices of self-awareness. This system has proven to assist thousands of students in obtaining and maintaining optimal health and longevity.
